The S2500-PVC Welded Wire Mesh Natural Gas Heating PVC Coating Line is a specialized production system designed for applying a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) coating to welded wire mesh using natural gas heating. 1.Welded Wire Mesh Feeding System

Automated or semi-automated feeding of welded wire mesh into the coating line.

May include straightening and pre-treatment stages (cleaning, phosphating) to ensure proper PVC adhesion.
2.Preheating (Natural Gas Heating System)
Uses natural gas burners to preheat the wire mesh before PVC coating.
Ensures uniform heating for better PVC adhesion and smooth finish.

3.PVC Powder Coating or Dip Coating
