narrative
This product is used for the protection of network signals. It is mainly used to suppress the induced lightning waves from the network signal line and the power system intrusion, so as to protect the electronic equipment from induced lightning strikes and static electricity damage.
Use environment
Temperature: -40℃~+80℃; Relative humidity: not more than 95% (25℃);
Atmospheric pressure: 'not less than 74.8kpa
3. How it works
The lightning arrester is connected in series with the input end of
the protected equipment. When the transmission line is induced by
lightning to generate overvoltage, the lightning current is quickly
released to the ground through the lightning branch of the
lightning protection device, and the output voltage box of the
lightning protection device is located in the equipment. within the
withstand voltage range. So as to ensure the safe operation of the
equipment.
5. Use and maintenance
5.1 Installation Instructions
5.1.1 Before the lightning arrester is connected to the system,
first check the grounding resistance of the grounding grid, whether
it meets the requirements of the specification, and should be ≤4Ω.
5.1.2 The lightning arrester is connected to the front end of the
protected equipment, and the interface connection must be reliable.
5.1.3 Connect the grounding wire of the lightning arrester to the
protective grounding busbar of the equipment room. The grounding
wire should be as short and straight as possible, and the grounding
length should not exceed 500mm.
5.2 Notes
5.2.1 There are input (IN) and output (OUT) marks on the surge
arrester. The output terminal should be connected with the
protected equipment, do not connect it in reverse. Otherwise, the
lightning arrester will be damaged when lightning strikes, and the
equipment will not be effectively protected.
5.2.2 Users are not allowed to disassemble the fasteners of various
parts of the lightning arrester at will, so as to avoid damage,
affect normal work, or even affect signal transmission or signal
interruption
5.3 Inspection of the surge arrester 5.3.1 Use the three-meter
"Ω×1" to measure the resistance between the input core wire and the
output core wire of the surge arrester, which should be
approximately zero; minecraft.
5.3.2 Use the three-meter "Ω×10k" gear to measure the resistance of
the core wire to the mine ground and the shell to the mine ground,
which should be infinite. If the measured resistance does not match
the above, the lightning arrester should be replaced.
