It adopts double screw rods for the output of dough and filling, supplemented by pressure roller to ensure even supply of materials and precise measurement by vane pump. The unique power gap adjustment function ensures even closing and prolongs the service life of the slices. The mooncake can be made into any shape (round, square, oval) by different up and down shape of stamping molds. The operating system adopts PLC and touch screen. Product weight, dough/filling rate and production speed are adjustable within the specified range.
