Mullite insulating brick made by CH refractories is JM series
according to international standard.
Because JM23 insulation brick with smaller bulk density whose
strength is not as strong as heavy weight fire bricks, when
delivering, CH Refractories will package mullite insulating brick
with special packages to protect mullite bricks from damage.
Mullite insulating brick is a new type of lightweight mullite
bricks with 50-80% Al2O3, mullite (3Al2O3·2SiO2) as main
crystalline phase and binder phase. Jm23 insulation brick is widely
used for working face inner lining that contact flame directly
because high temperature stability and high strength, low thermal
expansivity and good thermal shock resistance. Mullite insulating
brick became one of the research focuses recent years.
Mullite insulating brick adopts high-purity raw materials and
unique production process to minimize the influence of impurities
and structural defects on the performance of the product. Mullite
insulating brick adapts to various furnace types and different
construction environment well. Mullite insulating brick is high
level insulation products for kiln and furnace, which can be used
for higher temperature insulating layer than common insulating

The specification of the mullite insulation brick:
1.Low thermal conductivity,good thermal insulation effect.
