MT-SD810 precision semiconductor device online cleaning machine is an integrated online cleaning machine for semiconductor devices. This machine is compatible for use for lead frame, CSP, Flip chip, SIP, IGBT, Micro LED, IC module, and other semiconductor devices after soldering to remove residual flux; organic and non-organic pollutants. MT-SD810 online cleaning machine is suitable for large-scale ultra-precision centralized cleaning with great cleaning efficiency and cleaning effect. MT-SD810 Cleaning machine is designed for precision online cleaning of large quantities of semiconductor devices. Using a PLC control system with a Chinese and English operation interface making the operation easy to set up, change, store, and call the program.

6. With the combination of large flow and high pressure, the cleaning fluid and DI water can completely penetrate into the bottom gap of CSP and BGA, cleaning thoroughly.

7. The standard is equipped with a rinse resistivity monitoring system to detect the ion concentration of rinse DI water.

8. Air knife wind cutting + ultra-long infrared hot air circulation drying system
