PHiliphh Goldway UT6000A Patient Monitor Knob and Encoder Navigation Wheel
► Brief Introduction
The Goldway UT6000A Patient Monitor Knob and Encoder Navigation Wheel is that it allows users to navigate through the various settings and options on the patient monitor. The knob and encoder wheel provide a convenient and easy-to-use interface for adjusting parameters such as alarm limits, waveform display options, and menu selections. This feature ensures efficient and accurate operation of the patient monitor. The keys generate pulses to the Main Board assembly. The navigation wheel is a rotating, push-switch wheel. The associated wheel circuitry generates a pulse when pressed and generates a digitally encoded pair of quadrature signals whose relative magnitudes and polarities represent the angular position of the wheel. These outputs are connected to the microprocessor where they are interpreted as required for the functions involved. Successive angular positions determine the direction of wheel rotation. In addition to the functions performed in conjunction with the keys, the wheel operates in conjunction with the display to select menus and lists of parameter variables.
► How To Use
Turn on the patient monitor by pressing the power button.
Locate the knob and encoder navigation wheel on the monitor. The knob is typically situated on the front panel of the monitor, and the encoder navigation wheel is usually positioned next to the knob.
The knob can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise to scroll through different menu options or to change the value of a particular setting.
When you want to select a menu option or confirm a setting, press the knob inward like a button. This action will perform the desired action.
The encoder navigation wheel is used similarly to the knob but provides an additional way to navigate through the monitor's menus and settings. Rotate the encoder wheel to scroll through the options, and pressing the wheel inwards acts as a button to select or confirm a particular choice.
Use the knob and encoder navigation wheel together to navigate through the different menus, settings, and parameters available on the monitor.
