This 2-in-1 A4 mini paper cutting machine is an ideal mini paper cutter for arts and crafts. This mini guillotine paper trimmer has two blades: a straight-cut blade and a scoring blade. It is produced with100% Original ABS plastic Material and a Titanium carbide-coated blade, which could provide extra cutting capacity. The metric and inch measurements on the base plate are for easy guidelines. The Swing-out ruler extends the measuring area for larger paper formats ( up to 38 cm).
