A: weft wire feeding system

The system uses large capacity storage device, and the weight of cross wire can reach 1 ton.Weft wire feeding automatically, accurate position.

B: warp wire feeding system

The warp wire feeding system consists of straightening wheels and pressure rollers.

The straightening wheel can make the wire mesh flat, the mesh hole precise and the diagonal error small.

The function of the pressure roll is to make the whole wire mesh flat without distortion.

C: wire mesh cutting and collection

The finished wire mesh can be cut at any length, the shearing machine can cut every size accurately, and the collecting device can arrange the mesh automatically.

D: Package

Plastic packing wire rope of main machine is fixed in container. If export to European countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tighter, we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
