This production line is specially designed for building single-row aluminum radiator and condenser cores. It is comprised of high speed fin rolling machine, flat tube auto loading device, fin & tube auto collocating device, auto radiator building machine.
The whole line is arranged like a Matrix, so it is called as
"Matrix Core Builder Line" as well.
This line is equipped with medium-speed fin rolling machine for
max. core size 900x600mm and core builder is online.

The experienced workers can assemble one aluminium core builder in 3-5 minutes,depends on the size of core.
2.What’s the requirements for assembling the head plate of automatic core building machine?
The requirements for assembling the head plate of automatic core building machine is relatively high,the allowable tolerance is small,less burr,the direction of each hole of tube must maintain smooth.
3.Does it can assemble the same height of fins in the radiator core and condenser core in the same machine?
No,because it has big difference between the radiator tube and condenser tube,it can’t be mixed use.
4.Does it can assemble different heights of fins in the same machine ?
No,at the moment the core building machine only can assemble the cores which has single specification height of fins.If it needs to assemble different heights of fins,it needs to customize from us.
