Fully Automatic Concrete Charcoal Rock Face Sleepers Machine Wet Cast Machinery
Concrete charcoal rock face sleepers production process starts with concrete mixing. A concrete mixer is used to combine cement, aggregates (such as sand, gravel, or crushed stone), water, and color additives. Charcoal color additives, such as pigments or dyes, are added to achieve the desired color.Specialized moulds are used to shape the concrete mixture into sleeper units. These moulds are designed to replicate the desired dimensions and rock face texture of the sleepers. The moulds can be made from rubber, fiberglass, or other materials and are typically designed with a rock face pattern to mimic the appearance of natural stone.The colored concrete mixture is poured into the moulds, ensuring it fills all the desired areas and details. The concrete should be properly compacted to remove any air voids and ensure the structural integrity of the sleepers.Once the concrete has cured sufficiently, the moulds are removed, revealing the charcoal-colored sleepers with a rock face texture. Care should be taken during demoulding to avoid damaging the concrete.After demoulding, any imperfections or rough edges on the sleepers can be smoothed out using appropriate tools. Surface treatments, such as sandblasting or acid etching, can be applied to enhance the rock face texture and achieve the desired appearance.
