Product Introduction:
This series of buttons and drill bits is used for DTH hammers.
In most condition, it can be applied for drilling on rocks, drilling rock anchor cable holes, boltholes, blasting holes, grouting holes, and other drilling construction in projects of urban construction, railway, highway, river way, hydropower, and others.

For carbide grade JK10.2, it is suited for civil engineering pit/ piling construction, coal mining with intermediate hardness coal formation, and suitable for general formations.
For carbide grade JK10.2 S, it is the upgrade type of the JK10.2. It has higher hardness and transverse rupture strength, usually applied for mediate to hard rock formations. It's a better choice of DHT drill bits, hydraulic threaded drill bits.
For carbide JK10.2T, it is appended grade used for extremely hard and complex rock formations. It has much higher impact resistance, with a hardness reached at 90.4 HRA.
For carbide grade of JK09, it is a high cost-efficient product. It has a relatively high transverse rupture strength, a grain size. These features making it suits for shale, sandstone, limestone, and soft gravel geological conditions.
For carbide grade of JK20.2, it is suited to make for brazed tooth drill bit, applying to earth or rock formations of medium to hard levels.
For carbide grade of JK30.4, it is suitable to most of the coal mining application. Rotary drilling is the main field of application for underground coal mining, with the medium hardness of the formations.
