Ultrafiltration is a widely used separation technology, mainly
using polysulfone, microporous polyethersulfone ultrafiltration
membrane (molecular weight cut thousands of daltons) to remove
impurities in water, can remove more than 98% of the organic
matter, to ensure that the treated water is less than 1 SDI, SDI
value, turbidity is very satisfactory. The pretreatment equipment
is free from large-scale operation, and does not need coagulant and
flocculant
Environmental requirements.

Functions of ultrafiltration plant for industrial water treatment:
1. The ultrafiltration device for industrial water treatment can
remove particles, colloids, bacteria and heat generating agents in
water. It is suitable for purification, separation and
concentration in chemical, food, environmental protection,
electronics, textile and other industries.
2. By using the hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane module as the
filter medium, the raw water particles smaller than the "hole" of
the ultrafiltration membrane will permeate and be collected as
permeates; at the same time, the particles larger than the aperture
of UF membrane will be separated as concentrates under certain
pressure.
3. Ultrafiltration device for industrial water treatment is a kind
of asymmetric semipermeable membrane made of polymer materials by
special technology. Its hollow fiber tubes are densely covered with
micropores, which allow solution to flow into or out of the
membrane under pressure. The pore size of UF membrane ranges from
0.1 to 0.005 μ m or molecular weight (200000 to 10000 Dalton) for
different applications.
