Description of Apple orange mango pulp pulpy grain granule juice
bottling line
The purpose of hot filling above 85℃ is for juice with antiseptic.
We fill pasteurization juice into sterilized bottles, it will give
more guarantee to keep juice natural flavor.
The filling till capping including bottles, caps should be put in
class 100 aseptic room.
We consider machine anti-corrosion facility, and use anti-corrosion
materials. The special designed pipe line will take consideration
about connection position and curving degree to prevent dead angel.

Frame of juice filling machine:
1) The frame is welded by carbon steel, and the surface is treated
with rust prevention and spraying, and the surface is covered with
stainless steel plate (AISI304).
2) The transmission system of the three-in-one machine is located
under the table surface of the frame, and is driven by another main
motor, which adopts a gear transmission method.
3) Transmission gear steel gears and nylon gears are arranged
crosswise.
4) The output shaft of the main motor is equipped with an overload
protection mechanism to effectively ensure the safety of the
machine.
