Product Introduction
Oil-immersed transformers use oil as the main insulation means of
the transformer and rely on oil as the cooling medium, such as
oil-immersed natural cooling, oil-immersed air cooling,
oil-immersed water cooling and forced oil circulation. The main
components of the transformer are iron core, winding, oil tank, oil
pillow, breathing apparatus, explosion-proof tube (pressure release
valve), radiator, insulating sleeve, tap switch, gas relay,
thermometer, oil purifier, etc.
Between layers of silicon steel sheets of oil-immersed
transformers, due to long-term immersion in the transformer, oil
can penetrate into them, and the transformer oil has the elasticity
to buffer, so the oil-immersed transformer has low noise. However,
the pressure regulating switch is inside the fuel tank. When the
pressure is regulated, the contact of the switch is not visible on
the outside. If the contact is not enough, it means that the
circuit is open. If the contact is poor, the switch will be burnt
when the load is too large.
Working environment
Under normal medium conditions, oil-immersed transformers or
dry-type transformers can be selected, such as independent or
attached substations in industrial and mining enterprises,
agriculture, and independent substations in residential areas. The
available transformers are S8, S9, S10, SC(B)9, SC(B)10 and so on.
Temperature environment
① Maintain long-term stability at 220℃
② It can withstand short-term operation at 350℃
③ Maintain stable performance in a wide range of temperature and
humidity
④ At 250℃, it will not melt, flow and support combustion
⑤ No toxic or corrosive gas will be released at the temperature of
750℃
