Evaporative condenser is an efficient heat exchange equipment
developed by absorbing and upgrading the advanced heat exchange
technology abroad.
The evaporative condenser is the main heat exchange equipment in
the refrigeration system. Its principle is that the heated and
high-pressure refrigerant gas discharged from the compressor in the
refrigeration system passes through the condensing tube in the
evaporative condenser so that the high-temperature gaseous
refrigerant is exchanged with the spray water and air outside the
exhaust pipe. That is, the gaseous refrigerant is gradually
condensed into liquid refrigerant from top to bottom through the
upper inlet. The super-strong wind force of the auxiliary draught
fan makes the spray water evenly cover the surface of the coil, and
the water greatly improves the heat exchange effect by the wind.
The temperature rising of the spray water from the part into the
gaseous state, the use of water vaporized latent heat to take away
a large amount of heat by the wind, the water droplets in the hot
gas are intercepted by efficiency dehydrator, and the rest of the
water absorbed by the heat, scattered to the heat exchange layer of
PVC dripping water, cooling through the air, lowering the
temperature, entering the water tank, and then circulating water
pump. Continue to circulate. The moisture evaporated into the air
is automatically replenished by the water level regulator.
1. The condensing coils are made of long specially designed steel
pipes, which are strictly tested by 2.5MPa air pressure in the
water, and hot-dip zinc at high temperatures near 430 degrees.
2. The box adopts an imported or homemade quality galvanized sheet.
Electrostatic spraying technology can be used, and a stainless
steel plate can be used in the sink.
3. The fan selects a special efficiency and low noise axial flow
fan. The special fan has a high range and prevents hot air from
returning.
4. The water pump uses the small power, the big flow, the low lift
is the outdoor type design and may assemble the scale removal
instrument according to the customer request.
5. The water cloth, high-efficiency water collector and the cooling
filler used the large flow and anti blockage nozzles to accurately
calculate the continuous and uniform coverage, eliminate the water
film "drypoint" of the pipe wall, the quality PVC material, the
aging resistance and the wind resistance small ditch like water
absorbent. The water flow rate is controlled below 0.001%, the
cooling filler is the honeycomb type crossflow structure. Suitable
for circulating water cooling.

and the design pressure is 1.97 Mpa.

After the assembly was completed, it was treated by thick hot-dip
galvanizing.
The coil is inclined along the direction of refrigerant to
facilitate liquid discharge, and the coil pressure decreases.
