Advantages of Flake Ice
Flake ice has a large surface area [thickness 1.8mm ~2.2 mm], a
target object can be cooled down quickly. Particularly, it can be
used for solving a target object in water and then rapidly freezing
it.
Because of a flake shape, the ice would fill the gap and block the
surrounding heat when directly covering the target object. For this
reason, the ice effectively maintains its freezing temperature.
Since a product is instantaneously frozen at -25℃, the freshness of
a target object can be preserved in low temperature and also
superior to preserve delicate fishes such as saury and sweet fish
in cold temperature.
Flake ice is a kind of irregular ice with size about 40*40 mm and
thickness around 1-2 mm.
The thin ice can be directly used for stirring and mixing
refrigerated materials.
Besides, flake ice has no acute edges and corners so it will not
damage the surface of cooled object.
With large contact area and fast cooling speed, flake ice can
realize high efficiency cooling effects.
