Structural features
(1) The main bearing adopts a large-diameter double-row
self-aligning roller bearing instead of the original sliding
bearing, which reduces friction and energy consumption, and the
mill is easy to start.
(2) The structure of the end cover of the ordinary mill is
retained, and the large-diameter material inlet and outlet are
large in capacity.
(3) The feeder is divided into two types: combined feeder and drum
feeder, with simple structure and separate installation.
(4) There is no inertial impact, the equipment runs smoothly, and
the maintenance time of the mill is reduced and the efficiency is
improved.
The working principle
Ball mill mill is a kind of external teeth double bin horizontal
drum mill. The material uniformly enters the first bin through the
sleeve shaft in the feeding device. The first bin has stepped
lining or corrugated lining, lined with steel balls of different
specifications. The steel balls are brought to a certain height by
the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the drum and
then fall down. As a result, it will give the material a heavy blow
and play a grinding role. The crushed material from the first bin
passes through a single layer separator into the second bin, which
is lined with steel balls for further grinding. The grinding
material is discharged through the discharge plate to complete the
grinding process.
