It is made up of four parts: box making, caps application, filling and sealing tops , printing date.

Equipment process flow:

1. make boxes; buy carton pieces, feed cartons manually , ultrasonic welding, press seal molding, manual take out , opened carton.

2. caps application: opened carton, (manual put cap), ultrasonic welding, opened carton with cap.

3. filling: opening carton, (manual put caps) -filling product, ultrasonic welding, sealing, conveyor, finished product.

4. date printing: there is a date printer beside the sealing part, just feed the finished carton, it can print date automatic.

The operation process of filling machine is controlled by a handle, and the other is automatic control of electrical appliances, which is completed by 3-4 people.

Production varieties: fruit juice, rice milk drinks, yogurt drinks, grain drinks, tea drinks, fruit vinegar juice drinks, fresh milk, yogurt and other products filling.

Packing inside is plastic films and outside is fumigation wooden case.Our wooden case is very strong,it can bear long time shipping on the sea.And machine with preservative film,it can stop the salt sea water enter into the machine and make the machine corrosion.

2- We provide training for installation for free in our factory.
