1. Feature:
- X10 zoom-in image makes programming easier and increases the accuracy of point setting.
- Two sliding tables provide simultaneous in-and-out movement to reduce the tack time for better productivity.
- AUTO MARK offset system.CCD image could check and simulate the path or routing to reduce unnecessary mistakes before cutting.
- Has routing bit life time checking and alarm system to remind the operator to change routing bits when it finishes 120M cutting. And routing bit first 2mm cut the first milling point, middle 2mm cut the second milling point, and the last 2mm cut the third milling point to increase its lifetime.
- CCD image could check and simulate the path or routing to reduce unnecessary mistakes before cutting.
2. Advantages:
1. Using a double slide-into-place device, reduce the cutting waiting times, increases production capacity.
2. Avoid artificial flaps caused by the cracking of tin part damage and other issues.
3. Avoid using blunt or fold, produced by mechanical stress.
