Applications:
Flanged Ball Check Valve uses the rubber covered roller as the disc, when, under the action of the
medium, can roll up and down along with the integral sliding path inside the valve so as to open or
close it.
And it features by good tightness, silent close and no production of water hammer.
The body is full waterflow path design, big flow, small resistance and the water head loss is smaller
that of the swing type by 50.
It is mountable vertically or horizontally and can be used for cold water, hot water, industrial and
living sludge pipe networks, especially suitable for the submersible sludge pump.
The medium temperature:0~80℃.

Check Valve - Ball type (nonreturn valve) was the first valves at with a unique design. A very simple
but robust design with no critical mechanism involved.
All parts like hinge pin disc mechanism used in conventional valve are eliminated, and has put in a
reinforced rubber coated ball to arrest flow media in return condition.
This ball, moves totally out of the flow path when the pumping is on to give minimum head losses.
The spherical rubber coated ball seals perfectly on the rounded valve seat ensuring a totally leak proof
sealing.
This design offers other advantages like non clogging & self cleaning. In this virtually maintenance free
valves, if required, after prolonged usage, the on-line replacement of the ball is just a minute job.

Principle:
The heart of this valve is a reinforced rubber ball. The unique design of the valve allows free movement of the ball.
The ball moves to open position when the pump starts & allows free flow of liquid without any
interference (See Fig.).
As the pump stops, the ball seats firmly against the metal seat due to its own weight & back
pressure of
the liquid (Mouse over fig.). This results in DROPLESS sealing.

Silent Lift Check Valve
Brief introduction:
The silent resilient check valve is applied to the vertical pipelines in which medium flow runs upwards and the back-wards flowing are effectively stopped. It could be widely used in water-supply system and drain system and it works silence.

The inner cavity of valve is designed as streamline shape, which can effectively stop the turbulence. The spherical surface is introduced to form the front of disc and cone contact for the seating couple; these structures will extremely the shock force of medium and decrease the resistance coefficient of flow. Thin shell structures is employed when design the diversion component to ensure the laminar flow and greatly drop the weight. The reasonable open height and cavity space enable the obtaining of maximum area of flow section. It can avoid occurring of the air chamber; the valve parameter Cv is improved.
