The impeller is composed of closed double truncated cones and can produce strong lower cycle of ore pulp;

It is equipped with automatic and electric control devices for control of ore pulp liquid level, making adjustment very convenient;

Working principle

The ground ore is mixed with water and necessary agents during or after grinding to form a slurry through a stirring tank, and then injected into the slurry tank at the beginning of stirring. Air is introduced into the slurry to form a large number of bubbles, some of which are not easily exposed to water. Wet, that is, generally called hydrophobic mineral particles are attached to the bubbles and float to the surface of the slurry together with the bubbles to form a layer of mineralized bubbles. Others are easily wetted by water, which are generally called hydrophilic mineral particles. It does not adhere to the bubbles, but stays in the pulp, and discharges the mineralized bubbles containing specific minerals, so as to achieve the purpose of beneficiation.
