Production of seamless reducer:
Reducing pipe is a kind of pipe fitting used for pipe diameter. The
commonly used forming process is reducing diameter pressing,
expanding diameter pressing or reducing diameter plus expanding
diameter pressing, and stamping forming can also be used for
reducing diameter pipes of certain specifications.
Diameter reduction/expansion forming
The reducing forming process of the reducing tube is to put a tube
blank with the same diameter as the large end of the reducing tube
into a forming die, and press the tube along the axial direction of
the tube blank to move the metal along the mold cavity and shrink
into shape. According to the size of the reducing diameter of the
reducer, it is divided into one-time press forming or multiple
press forming.
Stamping
In addition to using steel pipes as raw materials to produce
reducers, some specifications of reducers can also be produced by
stamping steel plates. The shape of the die used for drawing is
designed with reference to the size of the inner surface of the
reducer, and the blanked steel plate is punched and stretched by
the die.
Before bonding the reducer, use a dry cloth to wipe the socket side
and the outside of the socket. When there is oil on the surface,
wipe it with acetone. Pay attention to the following points:
1. Control caliber: DIN standard (DN10-DN150), 3A/IDF standard
(1/2"-6"), ISO standard (Ф12.7-Ф152.4);
2. International industrial standards: DIN, ISO, SMS, 3A, IDF,
etc.;
3. Product material: stainless steel 304, 316, 316L;
4. Quality and use: The inside and outside of the reducer are
treated with high-end polishing equipment to meet the requirements
of surface precision; this product is suitable for dairy, food,
beer, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and other industrial
fields;
5. External processing: non-standard products can be processed
according to user requirements with drawings and samples;
6. Connection method: clamp (quick installation) type, welding
type, thread (live connection) type.
Note that the size head is also suitable for pipe diameter
reduction in the environmental protection dust removal industry. It
is generally made of steel coil cutting and welding. The pipe
diameters are different, and the materials are generally hot-rolled
coils. The application is very good and can save costs.
Characteristics of stress distribution
The bending moment generated by the area pressure difference
between the large and small ends of the reducer causes the large
end to open relatively and the small end to contract relatively.
Standard system The international pipe flange standards mainly have
two systems, namely the European pipe flange system represented by
German DIN (including the former Soviet Union) and the American
pipe flange system represented by American ANSI pipe flanges. In
addition, there are Japanese JIS pipe flanges, but they are
generally only used in public works in petrochemical plants, and
they have little international impact. Now the introduction of pipe
flanges in various countries is as follows:
1. European system pipe flanges represented by Germany and the
former Soviet Union
2. American system pipe flange standards, represented by ANSI B16.5
and ANSI B 16.47
3. British and French pipe flange standards, each of the two
countries has two casing flange standards.
In summary, the internationally used pipe flange standards can be
summarized as two different and non-interchangeable pipe flange
systems: one is the European pipe flange system represented by
Germany; the other is represented by the United States American
pipe flange system.
IOS7005-1 is a standard promulgated by the International
Organization for Standardization in 1992. This standard is actually
a pipe flange standard that combines two series of pipe flanges
from the United States and Germany.
