Steel and Rubber Composite Pipes

Steel and rubber composite pipe is a kind of mixed slurry pipe which uses steel or hard material as the outside pipe framework, and rubber as the liner. Steel is hard and rubber is wear-resistant, anti-corrosive and temperature-resistant, therefore this rubber-lined steel pipe combines the advantages of steel and rubber. The physical and chemical performances of rubber reduce the effect of transferred media on the outside structure, such as shock and corrosion. So the pipeline obtains the performance of high strength, high wear-resistance, high anti-corrosion and high temperature resistance and therefore prolongs the lifetime of pipeline and reduces cost.

Rubber Mining Hoses

Mining rubber hose is generally used for slurry transportation. As the following picture shows, slurry hose is made up of outer rubber cover, steel wire skeleton, bonding layer, composite material layer and abrasion resistant layer. The abrasion resistant layer adopts natural rubber latex of high quality which is processed by nanometer formula, thus able to resist abrasion of slurry. Mining rubber hose is widely applied in mining industry.

Naipu rubber hose is mainly applied in mines, such as slurry process pipeline, tailings transfer/discharge pipeline, corrosive media transfer in non-ferrous metal smelting, transfer of pulverized coal and CWS, backfilling and filling pipeline for underground mined-out area. Rubber mining hose for transferring slurries is compositely structured with multi-layer rubber and steel wire skeleton and non-metal reinforcement layers through special technology. The innermost wear layer is made of premium natural rubber emulsion treated with nano compounds and liquid-phase technology, and is resistant to slurry abrasion.
