Overview:
The reinforcement ring generally adopts an overlapping structure with the vessel wall, and the material is the same as that of the vessel wall. In order to check the tightness of the weld, there is a small M10 threaded hole on the reinforcement ring. Compressed air is introduced from here to conduct a weld tightness test. The reinforcement circle is now standardized.

In particular, high-strength steel has high hardenability, is more sensitive to welding cracks, and is more prone to cracking. Also, because the reinforcing ring and the shell or the connecting metal are not formed as a whole, the fatigue resistance is poor. Therefore, the use range of the reinforcement ring lap welding structure needs to be limited.
