LT803 300PSI textile cord air hose
High pressure air hose is mainly used as the connector between air
compressor and other device. It is widely used in underwater
diving, diving dress and other types of surface supplied diving
equipment. In the other hand, air hoses can also be used for air
brakes between tractors and semi-trailers. It is composed of three
parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from high
quality black and smooth synthetic rubber, mainly NBR, which is
resistant to abrasion, corrosion and oils. The reinforcement is
made from multiple layers of high strength synthetic fiber, making
the hose have solid structure. The cover is made from high quality
black and smooth synthetic rubber, mainly chloroprene rubber, which
is resistant to fire, abrasion, corrosion, oils, weather, ozone and
aging. The hose has a long service life as a result.
Applications: Used in high pressure and oil resistant working environment, it is
suitable for mining, quarry, durable, long service life and high
safety level
Tube: Black extruded SBR rubber, RMA grade A, resistant to oil mist
Reinforcement: High tension winding textile rope
Cover: Yellow SBR/NBR rubber, abrasion resistant, oxidizing, fire
resistant and aromatic hydrocarbon materials
Working pressure: Constant pressure 20Bar (300PSI)
Temperature range: -30°C (-22°F) to +80°C (+176°F)
