Product Description
API 16C Conflex Hose Flexible Choke and Kill Hose Coflexip Hose is the hose features armored, thermal insulation, high pressure resistance, anti-flaming, fire resistance and high abrasion resistance.
API 16C Conflex Hose Flexible Choke and Kill Hose Coflexip Hose is designed and produced strictly as per API 16C standards. It is composed of inner core, double cross wireline layer, heat-insulation layer, fire-resistance layer, buffering and sealing layer, and stainless steel jacket.
It is applicable to connection at locations when drill rig, drilling vessel and the installation dimensions of the drilling rig changes, and to transport of oil, gas, mud and other high pressure media.
High pressure flexible hoses are required in combination with flexibility and reliability in high pressure resistance, thermal insulation, anti-flaming, and fire resistance. The inner wall of Flexible Choke and Kill Line is resistant to high abrasion.

Application: flexible connection between the upper end of the standpipe and the top drive/swivel and between the pump and the lower end of the standpipe for pumping mud at high

Reinforcement: 4-6 layers of high tensile super flexible spiral steel wire or steel cable

Meanwhile, Letone is capable to produce rubber compounds 15,000 tons per year, rubber seals and other rubber products 20 million pieces per year，and the annual production capacity of hydraulic hoses and industrial hoses (petroleum, chemical, F&B) has increased to 40 million meters. By 2024, The production capacity of hydraulic hoses and industrial hoses (petroleum, chemical, F&B) is forecasted to increase to 120 million meters, rubber compounds will jump to 35,000 tons, rubber seals will reach millions of pieces, and fluid connectors will increase to 50 million pieces, the output value will boost to RMB 2.5 billion.
