SKF323-AB Two-component Silicone Sealant
1. Overview
This product is a two-component condensation type silicone potting
compound which cures at room temperature. It has the
characteristics of fast curing speed, easy flow potting, yellowing
resistance, water and moisture resistance, excellent insulation
performance, and wide bonding substrate. The product is suitable
for pouring and potting of large-area bonded seals such as
photovoltaic junction boxes, integrated circuit boards,
transformers, and waterproof power supplies.

4. Methods of Use
1. Preparation: Before mixing, first observe the state of component A. If there is sedimentation and layering, please stir evenly before use. Prepare samples for potting.
2. Mixing: The products are mixed according to the ratio (weight) of A: B = 6: 1, stir well and degas by vacuuming.
3. Encapsulation: Encapsulate the evenly mixed compound into the product to be encapsulated as soon as possible, and cure naturally at room temperature. After initial curing, it can enter the next process (after 30min). Do not transport components before curing.
5. Packaging and storage
1. This product is a two-component product. Packaging
specifications: A component: 12KG / barrel, B component: 2KG /
barrel.
2. This product should be stored in a cool and dry place below 27
℃, the storage period is 6 months from the date of production.

8. Matters Need Attention
Check the Material Safety Data Sheet(MSDS) before using the
product.
Sealant products are not toxic after they are fully cured, but
should avoid contact with eyes before curing. If contact with eyes,
rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor.uncured products
should be kept out of contact with children. The product will
release small molecular substances during the curing process, and
ventilation should be paid attention to in the construction and
curing areas to prevent the concentration of small molecular
substances from being too bad for people.
