Almost all of the prefabricated steel structure warehouse building is customized. Our engineer design it according to local wind speed, rain load, size of prefabricated building ( length*width*height) and does it have other special accessories, like crane, roof fans, skylight panel, etc.? Or we following your drawings.

* The coated of corrugated sheet have 4 kinds: PE, SMP, HDP and PVDF.

A) WARRANTY
- All our metal cabinets come with a 3 YEAR WARRANTY for manufacturing defects

B) LOW CARBON ALLOY STEEL Q345B STEEL PLATE
- To ensure utmost stability and strength for our products , we use high quality Q345B steel plate of varying thicknesses which results in increased life-span.

C) DURABLE POWDER COATING WITH OWEN BAKING
- In addition to the above , all products are subject to polyester electrostatic powder coating to ensure that they are odorless and rust-free

D) SAFETY
- Due to the metallic structure, the item is free from fire hazards

E) CUSTOMIZABLE DESIGN
- Due to our direct involvement at the core production facility, our clients have the option to "modify" any of the products with respect to their design or colour , to suit their specific requirements.

Packing and loading
Flat packed into 40'HQ or separate into 40'OT.

Installation
There are 3 options of installation as following:
1. Clients install it by themselves according our drawings and simple video.
2. Our engineer to help on construction site.
3. We provide installation team to help.

Look out for the CE Mark

We only use British suppliers and manufacturers whom we trust for high quality products. You’ll have the reassurance that, with Gnee, your steel building will be legally compliant as it is fully CE-marked. Since the start of July 2014, all structural frame manufacturers have been obliged by law to have their Design Protocol and Factory Production Control Procedures assessed to European Standard EN 1090. Following an initial assessment, if the frame maker passes, they’ll be accredited to CE Mark for their frames.

Steel buildings mean low maintenance

Your building will be easier to maintain too. Working with Gnee, you can choose to have it galvanised/primed or painted, and it will have quality gutter systems and cladding. So it will look good for longer. You can also select from many colours and profiles for your cladding to match your location or company branding.
