434 ferritic stainless steel. Contains 12% to 30% chromium. Its
corrosion resistance, toughness and weldability increase with the
increase of chromium content, and its chloride stress corrosion
resistance is better than other types of stainless steel. 434
(18Cr-1Mo) is an improved steel type of 430 steel. It is more
salt-resistant than 430 steel and is used as automotive exterior
decorative materials. Corresponds to the national standard 1Cr17Mo
and the Japanese standard SUS434.
416 Stainless Steel Stainless steel 416 is an American standard
ASTM executive standard steel grade. It is an easy-cutting
stainless steel with better performance. This steel has an
increased sulfur (S) content of more than 0.15%, making the
material easy to turn. It is a martensitic steel. The solid
stainless steel can enhance its performance through heat treatment.
Its strength and machinability are better than those of 304 and
316, and its friction coefficient is small.
444 stainless steel is a high-alloy ferritic stainless steel.
Compared with the commonly used steel SUS430: 1. The chromium
content is about 1.0% higher, and the alloying element molybdenum
(Mo) is added, so this steel has good resistance to pitting
