9220/20/40 rail clamp overcomes the loosening of the plate, the reduction of wheel pressure and the wheel-knocking phenomenon existing in the traditional hard track fixing system, and reduces noise at the same time.
9220/20/40 rail clamp can reliably withstand the lateral force generated during the operation of the crane. The fixing is narrow and flat, which can provide the most favorable installation size and can be used for various cranes with or without guide wheels. It is automatically locked by the action of the wedge structure and the tilting of the upper and lower surfaces of the mutually meshing plate.
When the 9220/20/40 rail clamp is used, an elastic composite rubber pad is set between the track and the crane beam, which not only increases the friction between them, making it difficult for the rail to move, but also eliminates or reduces the uneven gap between the track and the crane beam along the entire length of the track. Thereby improving the stress condition of the plate bolt.
The 9220/20/40 rail clamp is fastened to the crane beam, will not loosen, and is not easy to wear the crane beam. The symmetrically arranged pressure plates form a wedge-shaped structure on the cross section, thereby limiting the left and right displacement of the track.
Material requirements
9220/20/40 rail clamp is made of low-alloy high-strength structural
steel. The bolts are M20*48mm, 8.8-grade high-strength bolts, the
tightening torque is 256N.M, and the maximum lateral force that can
be withstood is 120KN.
