(2) Designed for passenger trains with a maximum speed of less than 140 km/h;
(3) Compatible with steel rails of 60 kg/m, 50 kg/m, and 43 kg/m;
(4) Applicable to straight tracks and curve tracks with a radius greater than 300 meters (R>300m);
(5) The number of sleepers laid on new lines should follow the specifications in Table 1, while major repairs on existing lines shall be carried out according to the "Regulations for Major Repairs of Railway Track Equipment".
