Mineral Insulated Electric Heater Device for Pipeline Welding Joint is suitable for manual welding, semi-automatic and automatic welding operation for steel pipeline. 1. Product structure and completeness

1)Product structure

Using stainless steel material as the main structure frame for the welding joint electric heating belt, MI heating cable with stainless steel sheath is used as heating element, and enhanced aluminum silicate fiber rope of high temperature resistance is used as internal insulation material. The outer protection is a flexible stainless-steel shell.

The energy storage spring of welding joint electric heating belt can absorb stably the thermal elongation generated during the working process.

A mounting clasp is applied can be locked with a quick installation and safe self-locking power outlet.

Installation thread of temperature sensor is to facilitate automatic temperature control.

Rubber-sheathed cable withstands cold temperature of -20℃.

According to the actual use of the site and the requirements of welding process, a welding joint using two welding joint electric heating belts and an insulation quilt and a set of circuit protection control box (optional with automatic temperature control) are designed accordingly, combined into a set of welding joint heating device.
