Black Glue Aluminum Polyester Laminated Duct combines a variety of materials: polyethylene Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), high-density Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and vacuum-metallized Metallized Polyester (VMPET). Black Glue refers to the adhesive used in the lamination process, which improves the performance and application range of the film. This product is mainly used in HVAC ducts, flexible packaging and insulation materials.
Main Features
1. High Barrier: PET, HDPE and VMPET ensure its moisture, oxygen
and light resistance.
2. Durability: The laminated structure resists punctures, tears and
various environmental factors.
3. Thermal insulation effectively maintains temperature control and
is suitable for HVAC applications.
4. Easy to Use: Black Glue adhesive can be directly installed and
bonded to a variety of surfaces.
Our slitting tolerance is within 0.5 mm. Too large a tolerance will
cause the aluminum foil to fall too large or too small during duct
production, affecting the glue coating width.
The slitting width of the aluminum foil is affected by the duct
diameter and the wire spacing. The diameter is different, and the
aluminum foil width is also different. When using single-sided
aluminum foil to make ducts, it is best to face the aluminum foil
inward to increase fire resistance.
