transformer manufacturing industries.
Aluminum strip for transformer winding ranges from 0.2mm to 3.5mm
thickness and 10mm to 1600mm width.
The strip is wound on insulating materials such as paper, kraft
paper, polyester film, or glass cloth. With high conductivity, good
corrosion resistance, and a beautiful appearance, transformer
aluminum strip is an indispensable material in the process of
producing transformers.
- 1050 O aluminum strip in transformers is the most commonly used material in transformers. 1050 O aluminum strip has high electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. In the actual application process of transformers, 1050 O aluminum strip is usually used as a supporting material to form transformer windings, which can reduce the loss of transformers and improve the performance of transformers.
- 1060 O transformer winding aluminum strip has a tensile strength of more than 135 MPa and an elongation of up to 15%, and the finished product has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance. 1060 O aluminum alloy has high plasticity, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity.
