OVERVIEW
The solubility index mixer is a precision stirrer. It is intended for use primarily for the determination of the solubility of dry milk powder. The stirrer is useful in any application requiring that mixing conditions be accurately repsroduced from one run to another.

powdery substances or the mixing of liquids. There are two basic
modes available for this:
• Measurement of the solubility index of dried milk according to
ISO 8156
• Mode with freely adjustable speed (1000-4000 rpm) and mixing time
(5s-99s) for mixing substances and determining the solubility index
of substances other than dried milk
