Screw Type Water Source Heat Pump Use Falling Film Heat Exchanger

1. Renewable
The water/ground source heat pump is an air conditioning system
that uses the solar resources stored by the earth as a source of
cold and heat. The soil and water on the surface naturally maintain
a relative balance of energy acceptance and divergence. The
successful use of ground source heat pump technology makes it a
reality to use the almost unlimited ground energy stored in it.
2. Energy efficient
The groundwater temperature used by the water/ground source heat
pump is 10-16℃ in winter, which is higher than the ambient
temperature, and 18-30℃ in summer, which is lower than the ambient
temperature. The efficiency of the unit is greatly improved, and it
can save energy by 30-40% Expenses, inputting 1KW of electric
energy can get more than 4KW of heat or more than 5KW of cold.
3. High environmental and economic benefits
When the water/ground source heat pump unit is running, it does not
consume or pollute water, and it does not need to burn fuel, which
has significant environmental benefits. Compared with air source
heat pumps, it can save energy by more than 40%, and compared with
electric heating, it can reduce energy by more than 70%.
4. Wide operating range
The water/ground source unit has a wide operating range and is
suitable for air conditioning and heating. It also has outstanding
performance in industrial cooling, heating, and waste heat
recovery. The heat source inlet temperature of the unit is 8~35℃,
and it can provide 7℃ chilled water and 45~60℃ or higher
temperature hot water
5. A dry evaporator refrigerant passes through a heat exchange tube and cold water
runs outside of the efficient heat exchange tube. Such design is
characterized by easy oil return and simple control. The filling
amount of refrigerant is about 1/2-1/3 of the capacity of a flooded
unit.
