Flat Series Dielectric Coolants Datacenters Submerged Server Cooling Dry Coolers
What's ImmersedCooling?
Immersion cooling is an IT cooling practice by which IT components
and other electronics, including complete servers, are submerged in
a thermally conductive dielectric liquid or coolant. Heat is
removed from the system by circulating liquid into direct contact
with hot components, then through cool heat exchangers. Fluids
suitable for immersion cooling have very good insulating properties
to ensure that they can safely come into contact with energized
electronic components.
Benefits of Immersed Cooling:
Reduce Operating Costs by 50%+
Power reduction by removing the fans from the miners (~18% – 25%)
Removal of supplementary cooling systems (Intake / Exhaust fans, etc. account for another 20% – 25%)
Increase the hash rate of your current equipment
Increase hardware lifespan
Increase the density of miners in your facility
Built in fire protection as our dielectric fluid is non-flammable
Immersion cooling systems do not require chillers, CRAC units, raised flooring, etc
Many more!
With our Immersed Cooling System, servers are immersed in closed containers in a non-toxic, non-conductive liquid and the heat is dissipated quickly and effectively, resulting in a cooling capacity of more than 2000X that of air cooling. As a result, electricity consumption decreases by 90%, and the performance of the servers increases by 250%.
Our proprietary solution enables customers to host their service in a fully controllable environment. Two-phase cooling allows for a much higher density than standard air cooling, and consumes much less space, allowing datacenters to become more efficient, reduce their power consumption by 60% and increase density.
Two-phase liquid cooling:
The cooling liquid undergoes a phase change in the process of circulating heat dissipation. The cooling liquid takes away the heat from the server and then undergoes a phase change gasification. The gaseous cooling liquid is condensed by the condenser and becomes liquid again and returns to the liquid cooling tank; the cooling liquid can use 3M electronics The boiling point of the coolant FC-72 and FC-72 is above 50℃. In this case, the temperature of the water in the condensing coil does not need to be too low. The use of a dry cooler can meet the heat exchange requirements and take away the heat. The two-phase liquid cooling has a high heat transfer efficiency due to the phase change of the electronic cooling liquid. The disadvantage is that during this phase change, the electronic fluorinated liquid will escape during the vaporization process, so there is a certain degree of tightness of the container. However, it should not be too sealed to prevent the cooling system from being interrupted and the cylinder explosion event, so certain safety facilities need to be set up.
