1. There are three types of tunnel oven (electric, gas and diesel
oil).
2. Main body made by 304# stainless steel. It has 2 to 4
temperature areas which are high efficiency and energy saving to
ensure the biscuit's technology.
3. The length of the oven determine the biscuit capacity. (Capacity
from 50-2000kg/hr)
4. The oven can bake different kind of biscuit including stick
biscuit, cookies, hello panda biscuit, wafer biscuit, cracker
biscuit, cookies and so on.
It depends on the natural resources of different countries. Some
contries is abundant in gas.
Feature of Tunnel Oven For Biscuits
1.Designed with special fire pipes configuration, the products are
baked evenly. 2.Applied with the protective devices for flameout
alarm and protection, forced ignition and auto on-off of solenoid
valve, the operation is ensured more safe. 3.The outer frame is
made of stainless steel and the inner body made of food grade
aluminum-coated plate. All materials are durable GB profiles,
meeting the food hygienic requirement. 4.Quality thickened
insulation material is used to save energy. 5.Imported electrical
units are used to ensure stable performance, reliable quality and
low failure. 6.Easy-to-use human-machine touch screen is for
option. 7.Coordinated with production line, it can save manpower
and resources, improving the production efficiency and capacity.
