reduce water residual chlorine and pesticide and other harmful
pollutions. If raw water in high hardness, we will need to add
water softener to protect reverse osmosis membrane.

Description of RO unit
This system adopts mechanical and carbon filtration as pre-stage
treatment. The device removes the sediments, organic substance,
colloid, bacteria and other impurities in water. And the water can
be pre-desalted by program control system. Most of the dissolved
salt species material, bacteria and heat source can be removed by
this method. Then use ozone preservation device to make sure that
the water quality is up to the standard.
This system has both automatic and manual mode. The self-set
program control system can implement the automatic running mode by
regulating the transducer and pressure controller.

Industrial Reverse Osmosis RO Water Treatment Process
►Industrial reverse osmosis plant includes a multimedia prefilter, water softener or antiscalant dosing system(optional), dechlorination dosing system, reverse osmosis unit with semi-permeable membranes, and UV sterilizer or post chlorination as a post treatment. |
►These RO machines apply the technology of reverse osmosis by transporting feed water through a multimedia prefilter to remove particles that are larger than 10-micron. |
►Then the water is injected by an antiscalant chemical to control hardness fouling that may cause damage to the membranes of the RO machine. These pretreatment options have the capability of removing hardness, chlorine, odors, color, iron, and sulfur. |
►The water then continues into the reverse osmosis unit where a high-pressure pump applies extreme pressure to the highly concentrated solution, separating the remaining salts, minerals, and impurities that the pre-filter cannot catch. |
►Fresh, potable water comes out from the low-pressure end of the membrane while salts, minerals, and other impurities are discharged into a drain on the other end. |
►Lastly, the water is passed through a UV sterilizer (or post chlorination) to kill any bacteria and microbes that still exist in the water. |
Applications
Industries such as chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing, food
and beverage processing, and waste water treatment, employ
ultrafiltration in order to recycle flow or add value to later
products. Blood dialysis also utilizes ultrafiltration.
Using UF machine advantage
1. After the machine is turned on, the device realizes the
automatic film rinsing function, and the rinsing time is adjustable
from 2 to 10 minutes.
2. The equipment has a waste water return device, which can be used
for secondary use of water to improve water utilization and save
water costs.
3. Low-voltage protection system, when the source water pressure is
insufficient or passive water, the equipment will automatically
stop, protecting the high-pressure pump and equipment safety.
4. The equipment can be automatically shut down after the water
tank is full.
5. The equipment is equipped with a cleaning and maintenance
system, which can regularly clean and maintain the equipment and
prolong the service life of the reverse osmosis membrane for 3-5
years.
6. The equipment adopts stainless steel frame structure to achieve
