General Description

Highly efficient and performance wrapping machine for packing lots of different configurations of toilet paper rolls and kitchen towel rolls on a single layer or double layer packing style. It can also pack a single roll or two maxi rolls pack by FOLD&SEAL style. Due to fullly servo driven and controlled by the most advance SIMOTION D control system, this wrapper is extremely flexible and user friendly.

This paper roll wrapping machine is easy to operate, which make extremely reliable production process possible. It reaches capacity production speed over 140 packs/minute. With a very low cost of maintenance and with compact dimensions, this toilet paper and paper towel wrapping machine is ideal for mid-range or large-range converting lines.

Machine Appearance

It is an automtic equipment at the end part of tissue paper production line. Its working process: the tissue paper rolls are coming from log saw cutting machine and rewinder by conveyor belt; they are launched in the number of channels according to wrapping configuration set on touch screen, single layer or double layers and transported and stacked by group of carbon bars mounted on trimming belts. Carbon bars convey the group of tissue paper rolls on the belt, which leads them into the area of folding. The foil positioning section brings the packing film directly above the tissue rolls by transport belts. The folding process is performed by universal side folders, as well bottom folder and counter folder. Side folding is done by innovative air supported mechanical folders. The overhead pack transport section continuously moves the pack through section of side folding and rotating bottom sealer and deliver pack to side sealing section. All motions and functions are fully controlled by the 21 independent servo motors and 6 inverter motors.
