Application:

This conveyor belt vulcanizing machine is designed and manufactured by the user's requirements. For curing PVG conveyor belt, nylon conveyor belt , flat type fabric rubber conveyor belt.

Structure Overview

The machine is single working layer, steam heating, frame type vulcanizing press, mainly consisted by three major parts: the host, hydraulic system, and electric control system, a separate fuel tank installed on the host side, without the influence of hot plate temperature, electric cabinet mounted on a separate host other side.

Equipments Flow:

Cloth Liner Take-up Device→Loosening with Core→Roll Group(3 groups)→Front Hauling Device→Front Clamping and Stretching Device→Main Vulcanizing Press→Middle Clamping Device→Roll Group(3 groups)→Behind Clamping and Stretching→Behind Hauling Device→Repairing Press→Double Roll Wind Up Device.

Function:

1. Automatic ascending, bumping, pressurization and descending operations.

2. High speed ascending, pressure retaining for better product quality.

3. Fast release valve for fast descending but incorporates adjustable speed.

4. Depressurization can be adjusted to suit thickness of products.

5. Special designed platens for even heating area.

6. The above features can be incorporated in automatic and semi-automatic machines.
