Use:
This ZPS-900 machine can directly crush tires smaller than 800mm tires(If more than 800mm, select other models). At the general temperature, can be put directly crushed into 50 * 50 mm block, so the next rotating can grind into 10-30 meshes or wire and fiber separation equipment.

Notes for using whole tire shredder:
a. Inject gear oil into gearbox oil (hypoid gear oil), main bearings use calcium-based grease lubrication, three months after the operation of the machine, the oil should be replaced and clean the fuel tank. Since then change the oil once time every year.
b After deal with 3,000 tons of waste rubber (in normal circumstances),the buyer should grind the blade cutting edge once time. The blades is the wear parts, the general service life is 5-6 years, when delivering the machine to the buyer, the shredder will be equipped with edge hardness layer patching material (electrodes).

Use:
Mainly used for crack large rubber blocks into 40-50mm small rubber blocks.
Technical parameters:
Structure: The rollers adopt alloy cold hard cast irons with wear-resisting, durable characters. The mill flour is with teeth, high groove.
