The XQL-80 Single Knife Hydraulic Rubber Cutter consists mainly of
a motor, vane pump, magnetic exchange valve, overflow valve, slave
RAM, oil pressure gauge pipe, hydro-cylinder support, rubber
cutting knife, rack, and conveying groove. The oil cylinder
utilizes a standard hydro-cylinder, while the rack is constructed
with high-quality welded steel frame. The rubber cutting knife is
made of 9CrSi or T8A, and its hardness reaches HRC60 after
undergoing heat treatment. Underneath the cutting knife, a nylon
board is placed to protect its edge.
