Filter saturation detection system: Set the saturation alarm value
of the filter, corresponding VOC concentration level, online
monitoring the saturation state of the filter, and remind users to
replace the filter in time to ensure product safety.
Automatic control system, automatically adjust the wind speed,
ensure that the facial air speed stabilizes at 0.4 ~ 0.6m/s when
the machine is running
Following the standards of JG/T385-2012 in China's industry
standards, the harmful gas emission after filtration is in line
with GBZ2.2-2007, filtering efficiency <1%TWA value, ≤0.5ppm,
and facial air speed 0.4-0.6m/s.
The modular filtration system can achieve the corresponding filter
for different substances such as gas, powder, etc., and the effect

Exhaust Principle
1. Dirty room air is drawn into the front of the fume hood.
2. Room air mixes with potentially contaminated air from chamber
and is pulled upward by the bulding exhaust.
3. Air split at back of hood increases exhaust and reduces turbulence.
4. Contaminated air drawn from fume hood by building exhaust fan
and leaves through air stacks on room
