1. Can we do print on the glass?
A: Yes, no problem.
2. Can we get your free samples?
A: Yes, sample free but you have to pay for the express cost.
Please understand we send many samples each month, so we have
pretty nice discounts from the DHL, FEDEX, TNT and UPS, I will
offer for your confirmation before sample departing.
I will take a photo before sample delivery too, I try best to save
each coin for you.
3. Can we combine many items together in one container in my first
order?
A: Yes, but we have to get enough stock, the price may vary
accordingly.
4. What is the normal lead time?
A: For stock products, we will send goods to you 10~15 working days
after your deposit.
For new products, the lead time for sample is 20~25 working days,
for batch it is ~30 working days after your deposit.
5. What is your shipping way?
A: By sea, by air, by express, etc.
6. If any problem, what is the solution for us?
A: Please take the photos to show all details clearly, as soon as
it is the quality problem, I will replace the bad items by 1.1
times in next order, and compensate the loss of freight.
7. What's your payment term?(About Payment Term)
T/T, Western Union, For mass order, 50% deposit in advance, balance
50% paid before delivery.

9. Can you do design for us?
Yes, you can tell us your ideas or give us hand painted design or
pictures, then our professional team will design for you.
For the logo, pls kindly send us the AI/PDF/JPG file, we will send
you finished files for confirmation.
