Application
Cobb Absorption Tester is a specialized tester used to test the water absorption of surface of paper and paperboard, which is also known as Paper Surface Absorption Tester and mainly be applied to test the absorption of paper, paperboard, gray paperboard, specialty paper and other paper products.
This tester is used to test the absorption of sized paper and paperboard under standard conditions. For those paper which is loosened (newspaper), unsized (blotting paper) or strong water absorption, they are not suitable for this tester.
