LLZO is a mixture of lithium hydroxide, lanthanum oxide, and zirconium oxide, with zirconium oxide accounting for about 25% of the pre sintering mass of LLZO, lanthanum oxide accounting for about 45%, and lithium hydroxide accounting for about 35%. Based on this calculation, zirconia accounts for approximately 20% of the mass of oxide solid electrolytes. However, the aforementioned experts in the field of solid-state batteries pointed out that due to the fact that the vast majority of oxide semi-solid batteries require the construction of a ceramic separator, the material is still LLZO.
