Yttrium oxide is currently the most widely used plasma erosion resistant material. Spraying a 0.15mm thick yttrium oxide coating on the inner wall surface of the chip etching machine cavity can effectively avoid contamination of the cavity substrate on the silicon wafer etching. At the same time, the overhaul life of the etching machine can be extended from 15 days to 6 months.
