Vacuum Insulation Panel for Refrigerator Freezer Cooler Box Appliances
Vacuum insulation panel are panels could offer unparalleled heat
insulation value at minimum thickness. This fiberglass core based
VIP, a new energy-efficient insulation material following the
adiabatic principle for insulation, consists of three major parts:
fiberglass core materials, getter materials/desiccants and high
barrier film. As a special composite made of core materials and
protective layers, it is integrated with the superiority of vacuum
insulation and micro-pore heat insulation, this combination of
porous material and the vacuum results in an extremely high thermal
resistance. The thermal resistance allows for thinner insulation in
applications where space is at a premium.
With an excellent initial thermal conductivity of lower than 0.0025
W/m. K and even 0.0015w/m.k to the minimum, the thermal resistance
of our vacuum insulation panel based on fiberglass core material is
10-20 times higher than conventional insulation material. Compared
with traditional foam insulation materials including PU, EPS etc,
energy-saving, space-saving and environment-friendly vacuum
insulation panel contains no ODS (ozone depleting substances) in
its manufacturing process and could be widely applied in below
applications:
