Usage
With available variety of wafer holders (including 4/6/8/12
inches), LM-312 metallurgical inspection microscope is
professionally used to detect wafer and flat panel display, with
max. diameter 300mm of wafer and 17 inches of PFD. More
comfortable, flexible and quick operation is available with
upgraded ergonomics design.
